Blog Post #50: Photoshoot With the Main Character

For my Instagram account, I will post some photos of one of my main characters. This photoshoot will add depth to my account because some of the photos can seem funny while others are serious, which shows that a teenager's mood can shift easily. The idea of the main character's mood shifting easily will fit into the psychological aspect of my film, and it will allow me to present a film that may be interesting to my target audience.

So, after my photoshoot that lasted 30 minutes long, these are the photos that I came up with:

Here was one of my basic photos. This one was nothing special, and its purpose is to be like a control variable in an experiment. This is a "control variable" because it shows the casual emotion on the face of a teenager.

This was my comedic photo. I took this photo because I believe that it accurately represents how a teenager in today's society may be portrayed as. This photo is a stereotype of a teenage girl.

This was my emotional photo. I used this photo because the emotion in my main character's eyes can represent the amount of stress that mental health can cause for teenagers.

This was my last photo. I used a high angle for this photo because it can show how "down" or depressing mental health issues can be, especially when a student is in school.

So, on my Instagram page, I decided to use the last photo in one of my posts. This photo will accurately represent my film in the mental health aspect. However, since the photo was so bright, I decided to use a filter over it. I used a dark filter and this was my result:

Now, here is what my post looks like, including the caption that adds suspense to my Instagram page. I believe that this post will generate more audience members for my film because it alludes to the drama in psychological dramas.
